LOL, Insane Dru! Don't worry: we don't kill people here on XFU. However, we do have a joke where we send people to the London Dungeon, sometimes even for minor mistakes! So don't be surprised if you end up there at least once. Ask SpecialAgent88 what it's like in there; he's been there quite a few times! :D

LOL, Agent Skulder!

Did Doggett's wife have a name? I have no idea what it is! I haven't seen "Release," but is her name mentioned in "John Doe," when Dogget is having dreams of his wife and son?

Oh, yes! Maybe I did know this information at one point; thanks for the big clue! I think her name is Barbara. Now, if that's true, the Magic Number Puzzle would be:

NEW: (Skinner's wife's name) plus (Doggett's wife's name) times (CSM's wife's name).

Sharon + Barbara x Cassandra =

6 + 7 x 9 = 117

The Magic Number is 117 :)

Tooms hibernates for (30) years, plus (2) 220 IQ= 32 times (6) letters in Detour = 192.

EDIT : real life just came a-knockin' so London Lady, whether I guessed correctly or not, huge favor? Please take the next puzzle? THANK YOU!

You are correct, Agent Skulder, and I understand. Okay, I'll leave the next round open for a day. If anyone wants to pose the next puzzle, please feel free to do so. Gilly, you could go next, if you'd like, because you haven't had a turn for a while. If nobody has posted a new puzzle by tomorrow evening, I'll post the next one. However, remember, posing a puzzle is not difficult; just keep the trivia easy, and you'll do just fine. :)

(Teena Mulder's number of children) plus
(Margaret Scully's number of sons) plus
(Cassandra Spender's number of children) TIMES
(Bud & Billie LaPierre's) number of children

Okay, let me give this a try. However, next time, Agent Skulder, perhaps you could have a tad fewer parts to the puzzle. It probably isn't daunting, but it looks to be so. ;)

(CSM's total number of sons) plus
(Teena Mulder's number of children) plus
(Margaret Scully's number of sons) plus
(Cassandra Spender's number of children) TIMES
(Bud & Billie LaPierre's) number of children
EQUALS

2 + 2 + 2 + 1 x 1 = 7

The Magic Number is 7.

Thank you for doing the research, Agent Skulder, and thank you for the tip, steff! :)

Scully’s room number in Bad Blood + the number of episodes in season 2 – The number of letters in the last name of a hibernating liver eater – the number of letters in the title of the episode involving lightening, an arcade, cows and jack black = the magic number

9 + 25 (that was a loooong series!) - 4 (Tooms) - 3 ("D.P.O.") =
34 - 7 = 27
The Magic Number is 27. :bear

Steff - no worries re room numbers! This one happened to be a doozy since it didn't appear to be referenced in a printed script or trivia quiz.

Just curious... Did you have a source that referenced the room number? (was it a 9?). If you had a printed source, it's a keeper! And may come in handy so don't lose track of it..... This stuff is fun - especially since so often, everyday numbers (and names) often had hidden meanings. So we're not trying to grill you - we're just trying to see if that number was special.
