At 6 this morning I had a half a cream cheese bagel and it wasn't even REAL cream cheese it was lite cream cheese and I snickered to myself as I ate it.

I had to do a crappy task at work today for one of my co-workers and I thought of Scully in Chimera .

I'm temping at an office in Manhattan for the next few weeks. My cubicle-mate's name is Roland. And every time I say his name, I have to forcibly restrain myself from shouting it like a distraught mentally challenged person like the girl in Roland. Bless her sweet little heart. And then I have to keep myself from giggling after I think that. I'm so politically correct.

What reminds me of the X files is what is going on against "Wikileak" after they have published some secrets.... The founder of Wikileak is accused of crimes ( I bet as revenge) and Wikileak is shut down....

I hope Wikileak goes on publishing the truth!

My jaw dropped when I read your post (in a good way, I thought "finally!". NO ONE that I've talked to in the US ( where I LIVE ) has a clue what's going on here! ... So I was thinking - wouldn't it be great if XF3 could work the Wiki Leaks into the plotlines, and instead of JUST learning that the US should never have gone to war, learning that the whole Cheney-Bush war push was somehow tied up in the alien colonization conspiracy...
I can always dream.... If nothing else I hope some sort of trial for war crimes results - IN REAL LIFE. (BTW - I think the WL site is down again! Last I read, the company hosting the server doesn't want to be in the middle and is now refusing to continue hosting! Where are all the journalists from the Nixon era ????? Or back on point, why doesn't the FBI, CSI etc have more whistle blowers...?)

I happened to look at the sky... The weathermen are all atwitter with a possible snow event in the next day or so ... But I saw something really weird! Dark, not quite round... Moving fairly fast but no engine sound. Then I spotted a neighbor also looking up which me do a double take.

Just as I thought Maybe I'm losing it! the black shape dispersed- must have been a flock of birds flying in formation that at my angle (and without my glasses on) the flock looked like a solid object!

Now if Mulder were here, he might postulate that the gov't WAS testing a new plane and had trained birds to fly in formation around it until they were given a signal to fly away from it.... Yeah, I know, far fetched.... But I'm not that far from Fort Dix .

We went to the vid store today and I picked up a vid called Alien Autopsy I was just reading the back of the box when my GF said to me "Ur not really gonna rent that r u ......Mulder?! :lol:

I have a really bad cold, so I took some cough syrup before work this morning. I hate taking cough syrup because it makes me looooo-pyyyyyyy! Anyway, about halfway through the afternoon, I finished my part of a project. The supervisor was coming around to check our progress and he said, "You all finished with yours, Maggie?" and without realizing what I was saying or skipping a beat I replied, "Done, done, done." Now I know it's not AH, but the relevant fact here is that while I was under the influence, I responded as Scully would respond under the influence. Do we all realize how much subconscious conditioning that takes? As far as brains go, that's some pretty fancy stuff to process. Whoa.
