Wishlist of XF Crossover Movies/Episodes

Postby maurisap » January 15th, 2011, 11:28 pm

X-Files...Star Trek...This idea is a keeper!

Think about it! Mulder, Scully, Counselor Troi, Captain Picard, Captain Kirk, Worf, Riker.

I'd love to see Kersh get borged.

Who knew Mulder was so much taller than the men of the future? :D

What are your ideas for crossovers?

Another great crossover would be an episode between the Supernatural guys and M&S. What do you think...maybe they come across each other on a case and M&S are all protective of the case, but then Mulder begins to see that these two really know what they are talking about.

I'd love to see XFiles crossover with 4400 (referred to as the Forty Four Hundred) - a great show In the US on the USA network then SyFy. It ran a few years and ended about 4 years ago.... Maybe less.

A total of 4400 people (hence the title) from all over the world who had been reporting missing over the last 50 years ago magically reappear at the same time - UNAGED - near a lake in or near Oregon (I forget but defo the west coast). At first our gov't thinks aliens abducted them... But not the case! Lots of paranormal themes and loaded with conspiracies - would be a perfect fit with XFiles.

I remember 4400. The first season was amazing, then pffft. It died.

That would indeed be a great crossover...Mulder would have been better at investigating that the guy they had, and for sure Scully would have been better!

And MIB! Lol! Think of Alex Trebek and Will Smith together.

Can you imagine Jesse Ventura and Will Smith trying to outdo each other?

I'd like to see a crossover Fringe and XF. Olivia and Scully on the hunt for the solution to the week's Fringe Science.

I'd like to see a crossover involving XF and MillenniuM. What ... it has already been done ?
Oh yeah, you're talking about that XF episode in season 7 ... Well, this episode was so damn bad ... I wish a REAL crossover between those two Carter's series could be done.

Tooms - you may know there's been an online "movement" to reignite (reboot) MilleniuM - check out http://backtofrankblack.com/. If that happens - the sky's the limit with X Files crossover opportinities!

I wish I could give you a succinct and knowledgeable answer .... If you get a chance, please click on the link two posts up - that site is *extremely* well organized and comprehensive.

Basically that site is trying to get something - anything - in motion, be it the series reboot or a movie. Obviously the focus can't be on the Mileniuum any longer (it passed and we're still breathing). But my guess is that it would focus on some pretty nasty government conspiracies. All they need to do is look to the US Bush / Cheney administration for story ideas. And if the Republicans regain control in 2012, well there won't be any paucity of new ideas!

But - IF you can't open it due to what is often a "geographic differential" - tell me and I'll copy over the most pertinent info (for who knows WHAT reason, not all servers play well together!)

CSI and The X-Files. But only because I read a fanfic once about about Grissom & Sara and Mulder & Scully working on a case together. Can't remember what exactly but it was a good fanfic. Really good. It would've made a great episode.

Speaking of Crossovers... One of our members has written a crossover fic. It's in our fic section. The author is CaptJoJo. When I read it the first time, I didn't realize it was a crossover fic, cause I wasn't familiar with the other characters. Which ever, I highly recommend it. It's very good. I don't think it's completely finished, but still... it's good enough for me to still recommend.

Here's a link to the Case Files (found in the X Files Writing Section). Check out "Gifted Child". (And then, remind me what other show is included in it.)

We had a similar list on a previous incarnation of XFU. My wish is the same now as it was then: "The X Files" crossed over with the "Terminator" franchise. It would be brilliant to see Mulder and Scully join forces with the adult John Connor, played by Christian Bale not Nick Stahl, in the war against the machines. :sun

X-Files and the Ghostbusters! Scully could strap on a proton pack and Mulder would end up getting slimed!

Ghostbusters 3 and The X-Files 3 seem to be in limbo. Save money and team up! The franchise rights alone will make us rich beyond our wildest dreams! Somebody make this happen!

It's clear that Sam and Dean know of Mulder and Scully. I mean, you could watch Supernatural and think that they're referencing the TV show of The X-Files when they use those names. But what if they were actually referencing the REAL FBI Agents? I could definitely see them existing in one continuity. I'd love to see a sort of Supernatural prequel, actually, of Sam and Dean (and maybe their father) as younger kids getting involved in a case that M&S were investigating.

Hold on a second, AbsoluteKnave. Are you saying that in, "Supernatural," the characters actually directly refer to Mulder and Scully?? If that's the case, I have to start watching, "Supernatural"!

Another brilliant crossover would be between, "The X Files" and, "The Walking Dead." Mulder might think that Andrea looks strangely familiar! ;)
Also, the writers would have to promise that neither Mulder nor Scully would be eaten by walkers in the crossover!

I'd love to see a crossover with Millennium (in my mind, the season 7 ep doesn't count) and Twin Peaks, if only to get Mulder & Scully on screen with Agent Dale Cooper. Also Nowhere Man, a show that was composed by Mark Snow and had a heavy dose of paranoia and conspiracy

There was this older series or maybe it was a mini series, Taken. Conspiracies started around the time of Roswell. It involved an alien coming to earth with abilities like looking human & having human sex. A child was born as a result so of course the US Government found out and wanted her at all costs. I havent seen this in a long time and can't remember a lot but I really liked it. There was some soap opera type plots too, but it was super interesting.

I'd like to see Special Agents Mulder / Scully show up and start interviewing people, looking for answers. Or Doggett / Scully maybe, after that birth arc (it didn't make sense to me - I thought for sure William was part alien. Fox & Dana hooked up, I never doubted that (why wouldnt they?) but the kid wasn't from Fox' sperm. CSM or someone implanted a manufactured solution in Dana using IVF or something. Anyways, with Taken the plot possibilities are endless, and this would be a perfect combo.

Since Ghostbusters and Terminator were mentioned...I always, always, always wanted to see an X-Files/Back to the Future crossover. Might sound weird at first, but it would be so crazy awesome and worth it if done right. I'm seriously thinking about writing fan fiction in that direction.
