This thread will track a very special auction, with some never before seen collectibles (props), sponsored by GAWS, with a portion of the proceeds going to benefit the Anderson Family's charity of choice - Neurofibromatosis Network (nfnetwork.org)

"I'm so excited to finally announce the project that's been brewing for a few months now. A veteran collector is selling her collection, and donating a percentage of the proceeds to NF in memory of Gillian's brother Aaron.

Unlike some recent auctions, this event will offer some really rare items. Here is a look at two - 



Scully's machete from Biogenesis, signed by Gillian for this auction.



An outfit belonging to baby William. (there is also an adorable little jacket, hat, and 'shoes' that I need to photograph that are also included here.) Gillian has signed the CoA.

Both items are from auctions sponsored by 20th Century Fox, and will include CoAs stating such. 

Gillian was really game for signing items, and she signed a few things I think you won't find anywhere else. GAWS will have this info up asap, including official start date/time, and a photo of the first wave's featured item. Once Mari posts that, I'll update this post. (Hey, have to let them reveal some stuff too!)

We have a lot of items, so hopefully there will be something for everyone. There is a decent mix of XF items and Gillian items, and many items that haven't seen the light of day in years. I hope that you can help us give them new loving homes, and give back a little at the same time. 

The tone of this auction is different than previous ones. The sole purpose isn't just to raise money for charity, as awesome as that is. This is about a passionate collector parting with some of her cherished items, while donating some of the proceeds to a charity she holds dear. It'll be a fun one, and we're all looking forward to it!

Each wave (round) will last 7 days, and we have about 7 waves in total? I think there are almost 80 items, plus 110 signed 8x10s. We are not listing all the photos though.

What else do we have? a clapboard from 'all things', another HoM poster (green version), some XF posters, an all things crew shirt in a frame, and two things I was sure she'd say no to signing - a Turning poster, and a 'Gillian Anderson' model kit.

Those are the things I can think of at the moment, but if you have a favorite project, feel free to ask and I will check all that we have.

She has compiled an inventory of almost everything we have. Refer to the initial post in this thread for a link to that inventory.

This wave's featured item is a print of Scully as Maitreya from the ep First Person Shooter. After filming, it was printed and given to Gillian. Originally signed and auctioned off in 2000, it is a one of a kind piece.

Yes, I know I'm early! I thought I'd pop in to XFU before getting on with the rest of my day.

I would love to have those Barbie dolls, but I'm not willing to pay the extortionate amount that I'm sure will be required in the auction. Maybe I can find the dolls cheaper later. I actually think that a friend of mine has them, because I now recall seeing Mulder and Scully Barbies at her house many years ago. I'm not sure whether these are the same ones as the recalled ones. Regardless, I'm sure that she wants to keep them!
